Refund Policy

At LedgerHub Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("LedgerHub"), we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains your rights and our obligations with respect to subscription payments. If you have any questions, please reach out to us before subscribing — we are happy to help you choose the right plan.
1. Free Trial
Every new LedgerHub account includes a 7-day free trial with full access to all features on the selected plan. No credit card is required to start your trial, and you will not be charged anything during the trial period. At the end of your trial, you can choose to subscribe to a paid plan or your account will automatically revert to a read-only state. There is nothing to cancel and no risk involved.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid LedgerHub plans — Starter, Business, and Enterprise. If you are not satisfied with LedgerHub for any reason within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, you can request a full refund. No questions asked.
The 30-day window begins on the date of your first successful payment for that subscription period. This guarantee applies equally to monthly and annual plans.
3. Annual Plans — Prorated Refunds
If you purchased an annual plan and cancel within the first 30 days of your subscription, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, as covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee above.
If you cancel an annual plan after the 30-day window but before the end of your annual term, we will issue a prorated refund for the remaining unused full months of your subscription. Partial months are not refunded. For example, if you cancel an annual plan after 4 months and 12 days of use, you will receive a refund for the remaining 7 full months.
4. After the 30-Day Window (Monthly Plans)
For monthly plans, refunds are not available after the initial 30-day money-back period has expired. If you cancel a monthly subscription after the 30-day window, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew thereafter. You will not be charged for future periods, and you will retain full access to your account data until the end of the period you paid for.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@ledgerhub.cloud with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include the following information in your email:
- The email address associated with your LedgerHub account.
- The date of the payment you would like refunded.
- The transaction ID or payment reference number (available in your billing history under Settings → Billing).
- A brief description of your reason for requesting a refund (optional, but helpful for us to improve).
Our support team will acknowledge your request within one business day and initiate the refund process. You do not need to provide any justification within the 30-day window — we will process your refund promptly.
6. Processing Time
Once your refund request has been approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase (credit card, debit card, or UPI account via Razorpay).
Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or card issuer. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with our payment processor.
7. GST on Refunded Amounts
LedgerHub charges GST (Goods and Services Tax) on subscription fees in accordance with Indian tax law. When a full or prorated refund is issued, the corresponding GST amount collected on the refunded portion will also be refunded to you. You will receive an updated GST credit note for your records within 5 business days of the refund being processed.
8. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Add-on purchases (such as additional user seats or storage) after 7 days of the add-on being activated.
- Requests made outside the eligible refund windows described in this policy.
